My stay at the hotel was pretty disappointing overall. While the location was excellent, near the metro and convenient for accessing attractions, the service and room conditions left much to be desired. I encountered a variety of issues during my stay that really detracted from my experience.

The design of my room lacked natural sunlight and basic amenities were missing. Cleaning seemed rushed, and I even found a small insect in the bathroom. The furniture felt old and uncomfortable, making it hard to fully relax.

Service throughout my stay was frustratingly poor. I had to wait long periods for assistance and received little to no communication during problems, like the lack of water supply at night. Staff members often seemed uninterested in helping, which made me feel unwelcome.

My stay at the Sunday Mega Hotel was a mixed bag. The location is fantastic, right near the metro and easy access to lots of attractions, plus the room was spacious and clean with great views of the Burj Khalifa.
